Agentic AI workflow automation

The work that
repeats.

The repeating work that moves between your inbox, your spreadsheets and your systems, handed to agents that follow your rules and hand back anything they are unsure of.

Your people keep the deciding.

Agent run
  1. 1 Invoice arrives — inbox
  2. 2 Read, and matched to a bank line — agent
  3. 3 Posted to the books — agent
  4. ! The amount disagrees — handed to a person

An agent that is not sure asks.

The problem we solve

Most of a working day is not decisions. It is the carrying: reading an email, finding the right row, filling a form, copying a number into another system, chasing the person who has not replied. It is invisible in every org chart, it is nobody's job, and it is where the hours go.

What we do

  • We map the workflow. We sit with the people who do the work and write down what actually happens, including the parts that are not in any procedure. No automation is designed before that document is agreed.
  • We build the agents. Each one has a narrow job, your rules, and a clear edge: what it may do on its own, and what it must hand back to a person. It works in the systems you already have — email, the drive, the spreadsheet, the CRM, the ledger.
  • We keep the human in the loop. Anything uncertain, anything irreversible and anything that touches money or a customer's name goes to a person with the reasoning attached. An agent that is not sure asks.
  • We hand it over. Your team runs it, changes it and switches it off. We train them on it, and we leave the documentation that lets them.

Who it is for

Teams drowning in handoffs: finance closing a month by hand, sales retyping what the inbox already said, operations reconciling two systems that will never talk. If the work is repeatable and the rules can be written down, it can be carried.

Start with one workflow

Pick the job your team complains about most — the one that is all carrying and no deciding. Month-end reconciliation. Quotes retyped out of the inbox. The report somebody rebuilds every Monday. Write down what happens, step by step, including the parts that are not in any procedure. For example:

every invoice email becomes a row, matched to a bank line, and only the ones that do not match reach a person

If the rules can be written down, the work can be carried. That is where we start — one workflow, running, before anybody talks about the next.
